Refund/Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services:

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. If the service has already been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Workshops and Training Programs:

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop or training start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. If the workshop or training has already commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Products and Services:

Delivery: Digital products, such as eBooks, reports, and templates, will be delivered via email or as stated in MOU.

Consulting services will be scheduled and delivered as per the agreed-upon timeline.
